Hello,

You can safely use your ohmmeter to determine the order of the wires along
each of the winding: the pair of wires that yields the highest resistance would
correspond to the ends the winding.

My guess would be that the red wires would be the ends of the secondary, with
the yellow being the center tap. The other three wires are a bit more puzzling.
