I have a 20" with DVD player, and my Mom has a 27" with DVD and VHS decks built in. They both have worked flawlessly, the 27 since 2005 and the 20 a bit older. Nice size and great picture, and zero problems. I would say the 27 gets about five hours use per day, and my 20 is used only once in awhile.
