Need help identifying this B/W GE

Probably 1958 or 59, I think it's one of the Slimline sets and is probably very similar to Bob's GE internally.

Slimline! Isn't that one of these CRTs that can be used in a Predicta?
He did tell me it was a 21". Not that he would sacrafice it for that i'm sure.
