In a service menu, or as a hidden control, I could understand. As a customer-accessible control, I don't.
Then again, maybe the earth's magnetic field could cause a tilt depending on which way the set is facing - but I would think degaussing would fix it - have to think about that. |

Thanks for the replies. I thought the inclusion of the picture tilt control on such a bread-and-butter product as a GE TV seemed very odd. Included in the service menu, which 99% of owners never access, is understandable, but not as easily-accessible switches on the back of the TV.
