Just take several clear and sharp pictures of your unit's innards and also the outside. Admit that you got it by mistake ("wanted a tube audio amp, but since found out that this is not an audio amp...") and that without its power supply, you cannot test it. "As is, but looks complete and clean (if in fact it does look clean and complete) as compared to the pictures at w6ovp's web site." List it under "ham radio equipment" in ebay's system. Start the bids around $50 and let the bidders outbid each other for it.
