I think its a GREAT idea ... but this is the wrong forum ... it should be in the
flat screen one.

You have the backlights of the TV to light the tank ... is that true? You just need
to carefully make a tank out of plate glass and the usual silicone bathtub
sealant.

If you use small fish it will work great.

How about buying a regular Fish Tank the Size of your Flat Screen TV, screen Placing the TV in back of the Fish Tank, So the Fish have something to watch, while swimming all day in a small enclosed tank..
