Picked up everything today. Now for the story as to how they got here and where they came from. These were listed as seen in the original pic for $125. They didn't sell after 4 days so they decided to haul to the dump since they were moving. When i called about them, they told me they had been dumped the day before and that they were probably still there. I asked where and if they had a number. Called and talked to the supervisor who checked and found everything and brought it into the office where it sat till today. they were tossed so the vcr lost a knob and the back metal cover on the tv has a couple dents but i can straighten it. Both power on. TV looks the way it does in the one pic i think because the yoke looks like it slid back and rotated when it was tossed. Will have to fix that. The vcr is a VCT-200 From March 16 1978. It rewinds and fast forwards but doesn't play. I'm thinking it threw a belt because the whole time its on, you can here a flywheel spinning. Model of tv is M2109U and chassis 14M28. Can be seen in one pic.

Nice job! Not many people would have gone so far as to drive 3 hours to rescue these from "the dump". Ed Begley Jr. would be proud!

The Sams came out in 4-65 so the set should be a 1964.
Like most of these the CRT looks damn good. Nice rescue, hope you slipped something to the attendant.... 73 Zeno
