What chassis? L03.2?? I may have a manual, but need the chassis number. Tuner functions can be turned off in the service menu - was the set always like this, or did tuner functions quit?

Also, this model series has only the NTSC tuner, won't work without a digital converter or cable/satellite box. Check it with a channel 3/4 input source - it may work.

The set was working on cable but stopped one day it is my daxs tv so maybe the tiner functipn was disabled by accident. Ill check on the chassis number i hate to toss it hasnt bren used much

What cable system? Connected to a cable box, or direct? Some cable systems dropped analog channels, so this set would then have to be connected to a cable box. It may be functioning perfectly, just needs that analog signal source.
