The Sony 12" CRTs were 330AB22, 330CB22, and 330GB22, found in KV-12XX, CVM-12XX and PVM-12XX models. The CVM and PVMs are monitors, and the KV-12XX models are all TVs. 90 degree deflection on all, so the neck will be longer than the 110 degree 310-series CRT used by Tandy in the Model 4.

I had one of the Model 4's - I swapped it for a 2400 baud modem for my PC-XT clone in the late 80s. Wish I still had it
