I would have to say at LEAST $500-700. And if in a complete set--more like 1K. After all--I recall seeing a 5 go for WAY over 1k with an unknown tube.

CTC-4's used to go for that much, but the market is very depressed right now. There are far more 5's in the wild than 4's, last 5 I got was my Wingate. Bought from the original owners home for $450 with a good 21AXP22, anyone's guess what the CRT by itself might go for these days. It's like they say, it's worth what a person will pay.

Rich from Texas picked up the early Motorola color set and bought one of my ctc5s , one left to go.
