Squirrel Boy, I know what you mean about Preludes being fun....A friend of mine used to have a last gen one, and he LOVED to push that thing. I'm not too fond of small cars especially Hondas for crash durability though...I've seen first hand how little it took to ruin the front of his car.

Hello fellow Lincoln owners !
I've included shots of my 67 that I owned back when it was a youngster , less than 20 years old , and the one I own today , a 2003 Town Car Signature Series "Cape & Islands Edition" . The 03 has been mine since new and just last week turned 100K miles . It's got the 4.6 OHC engine and is pretty darned quick for a luxury liner . I cling to it because it is the last of the "Panther platform" , the final evolution of the town car line . It's sure great to see you younger folks taking an interest in these cars the way my generation went for the 40s and 50s cars back in the 60s and 70s . The love of a giant floaty luxury liner comfortable as your living room couch is lost on some , but us "car guys" know where the real ride lives , right under the Lincoln badge !

I turn 40 next month. I've been interested in these ever since my dad had his 77 in 88. I was around 12 then. This is my 4th car. Had a 78, a 79 and a 76. I like the 60's cars as well but no expirience with them. Anything before 1980. The mark VI is just too dam small for me.
