Conv board wasn't plugged in, does it matter? I did see a note in my fold out book for the 15 and 16 chassis that without it height won't be full. I'll give it a shot with the board plugged in.

Yep, plugging in convergence did it. Vertical is normal, chassis is good now. Thanks for the help!
