Now I need a focus pot. Any idea what to look for in a replacement? Mine says:

37-39627-3
TRW 7919
35MEG 10%

You need to find one with the well insulated mounting.
If you find say a 20K you can mess with resistors to get
it in range. The mounting is the key.
