Very cool to see that old postcard! I have occasionally stayed in older motels, that it's obvious, were built in the early to mid 1960's, some even earlier, and I have wondered, what TV they could have had in there when the places were new! Of course, when I was young, and our family stayed in these motels, I remember some that still had B+W Sets I them, even into the late 1960's. I remember we were in a motel in Copper Harbor, MI, in the Upper Peninsula, in 1969, when the Moon landing / walk was first aired, and we watched it on a 19" B+W table model TV, in the Motel Room! As I seem to recall, I believe it was an Admiral TV, in that motel, back then.
