IMHO the IF on a 21CT55 is nice to have functional, but unnecessary....There are well documented and proven composite video preamp/injection circuits, and audio injection schemes already widely implemented on the CTC-2 chassis....See Phil's Old Radios CT-100 page and other pages dedicated to the CT-100 for details of the circuit.
