Thank you for the offer but I got the set back together last night with the info from the americanradiohistory site.

I found a copy of the Sams on eBay for $4 so I got it for the next time, the picture on the cover looks like the right set, different cabinet but the same basic set.

I appreciate you figuring out which Sams it was. I've had this set for about 18 years, I repaired it at that time but it's been running on most of it's original Electrolytics since then. I found one Can with a 1978 date code on it, I think I installed that back around 1999, it still works so I'm going to leave it.
