Only markings left on this cabinet was a label I found on the back near the top center behind the back panel they made for this. It reads:

TO PREVENT DANGEROUS
ELECTRICAL SHOCK, RE
PLACE FRONT GLASS BE
FORE REPLACING BACK
COVER
