Ian, I forgot I had a photo of my epoxy repair. As you can see I may have been to generous with the amount I used. You can see the metal shield under the epoxy that tied to ground. If you look closely you can see a white color in the middle that would normally be red. This is where my crack in the HV block was. It was arcing directly to that shield. I don't use this set every day but do power it up a couple of times a month. I run it 4-6 hours without any issues.
