The Rogers CRT reinforces the suspicion that it is Canadian.

I believe the hyphenated numbers are part numbers and the selenium rectifier even has P/N 93-75 printed on it. This is not the format used by U.S. CBS-Colombia for part number identification. In addition to what you listed, it looks like the audio output transformer is part number 23-63

Those part numbers and the 15A1100 flyback number may assist in finding the Canadian service data.

670535 on the yoke and C179540 on the rectifier are date codes. 35th and 40th week of 1955 respectively.
