It was manufactured in 2003 so I assume it has a switchmode ps.. Just to rule out it being a house power issue, I tried running it on a UPS on battery and the interference was still there.

I tried moving all the cables away from the anode cable but that didn't make a difference...
I wish the camera did a better job of picking up the issue...it's VERY noticeable in person.
