If you are not willing or able to make some voltage checks, you need to find someone else to work on it. Ive seen the vidoes you posted on facebook. you have sound. that means the tuner is working and some signal is getting through. i think the issue is in the horizontal deflection or the horizontal oscillator. the fact it was working somewhat before recap and it sint now, i would suspect a miswired component, a solder blob creating a short, anything that you could ahve moved or inadvertantly disconntrected or broke during recap. i want you to measure the grid voltage on the horizontal output tube so we can see if it has excessive horizontal drive becasue that could be what is giving you a picture like that. it also looks like horizontal foldover. i want to get the raster in first. if we can get a proper sized raster, then we know what we are dealing with easier.

what type of caps did you use in the recap? did you any ceramic disk type to replace the old paper/wax ones? if you did, get those out and use standard film caps. https://antiqueradio.org/recap.htm
