Found one for sale in Romania. But I wasn't sure if it could do or couldn't do that, because I coulnd't find any relabile information.

You mean external timers?

Normally whenever I need to do manual exposures I either use the cable release and a stopwatch or count in my head. For those really long exposures the better cable releases include a threaded thumbscrew to lock the release so you don't kill your thumb pressing the button for five minutes.
