I just saw the video of the problem your TV has, and yes, I did see the fadeout at the end (0:32-0:34). However, I also noticed that one word on the screen in that video (the word "star" in "Star Market") has just one letter (the letter R) backwards, with the rest of the letters in the correct position. Was that backwards "R" being caused by the same problem the TV had (the fadeout at 0:32-:34), or was the reversed letter intentionally put in when the commercial was filmed or recorded? If it was the latter, I would be surprised, as I have never seen a TV commercial in my life with reversed letters, until I saw this one. That is, TV commercials can and often do use very unusual effects to sell whatever product they are selling, but if the reversed letter in this one was put in on purpose, well . . .
