Oh, a power bank....Those are switch mode too. Everything is these days.

OK, I didn't realize they had a Switch Mode Power Supply in them, it would explain why whenever I charge them or had one of them sitting near one of my battery powered radios that my battery powered radios went beserk reception wise...
