On V19 the difference in voltages on pins 6 & 3 is really pretty big considering there
is a low ohm coil between those two pins...... Timmy are your readings correct? Is that Primary winding of L29 Pins 1 & 3 ok? I don't think there should be such a large difference in Voltage unless possibly that primary is open... Just test it don't replace it, be sure solder connections look good no corrosion, cold joints..... Is it around 9 ohms...? .
