Well, KC8ADU (Delmar Crickmore) hasn't answered email in months. I also sent him a registered letter two weeks ago, and he refused to sign for it.
Why do I feel like he has stolen my TV? My last contact info for him is: Delmar Crickmore 11 F Street New Lebanon, Ohio 45345 Either he's dead, or he's a deadbeat. Today I sent a letter to the chief of police in that town. New Lebanon is a village with population of 4,000, so I assume they can pretty easily figure out whether Delmar is still walking this Earth, and if so, whether he still has my TV.
