Rogers Majestic R186

Hey everyone,

I posted this already over at audiokarma in the tube audio section but I've arrived here as per the advice on that side.

I picked up a 1946-47 Rogers Majestic R186 tube radio for $20 in working condition, including a working bulb in the dial! I've been informed it's a great model to learn about tube audio with and I'd like some advice as to a good place to begin.

Here are some pics:

Someone posted this schematic already if that helps decipher what might be required.

Appreciate any advice for a noob!

Hello again,

This site (published by AK/VK member wa2ise) should provide some interesting
reading about the circuitry of your radio. We'll discuss this again soon, I trust.
