Was given this piece of test equipment. have never used one before. no manual, have to search for one. will one of you give a short and dirty explanation ( in simple layman's terms) of what this does/how to use it. i suspect it puts a signal into the yoke windings and measures the return signal??? and checks for shorts. it also does flyback HV voltage, have the probe also. i'm just a hobby tinkerer and like to learn new things/repair vintage electronics. i have a couple projects I could use this for. aslo states that it does sweep ckt checks? the meter is in great condition. does power up.
