Just leaving a quick note of gratitude to Tony DeMara

Some of you may have seen my 1946 RCA 621 TS post last Thursday. The set appeared to be 100% original and complete, with the exception of the bottom display-glass escutcheon that fastens the glass panel in place. It was missing two small plates that facilitated fastening and covering the two mounting screws.

Tony DeMara messaged me and said he had the entire original 3 piece fastening unit. I told him I'd definitely be interested and asked if it was for sale. He wrote back and said he'd mail me the parts at no charge! Unbelievable! To quote Tony,
"Glad to help. Just remember its a hobby of love, not money."

As written previously, I'd been looking for this television for 45 years. Now, thanks to Tony, it's complete! Thanks again, brother!
