Here is a picture of the back:


I had a feeling it might be capacitor related. Do you guys thinking recapping will fix it? I'd like to keep this TV, it'd be great for my retrogaming setup. Other than a slight tilt, it has the best geometry I've seen from a consumer level flat CRT, and I've had a few in my time...
