Thank you for these great pics. If it weren't for my sister's wedding (5/5) I would have been there--and look forward to 2008.

I posted some photos here. Thanks to Richard Dean for sending copies of his!

Great pictures, I really wish I could go to the convention.
I HAVE to see a working CT-100 someday!

I got to go to one a few years ago, and thought hard about doing this years. The biggest issue is that it bores my wife to tears to sit around there all day, but she is afraid to drive anywhere by herself for fear of getting lost in a strange city. I'm trying to work on that for the future. What impressed me most was that I have been to a few radio meets and this is the friendliest crowd I've seen. In this case you are rubbing elbows with some amazing people, the absolute experts in the TV hobby. It helps that many of them can be found from time to time on these forums so there is some familiarity. And then there is that amazing collection to look at, which makes it worth the trip. I have to go back because by chance I still haven't seen a working 15GP22!

Also, there is an article detailing the 2007 ETF Convention presentation "How good can a picture be on a 15GP22?" on my CT-100 site. AKers no doubt will recognize many of the photos. The page contains some colorimeter data taken on the 15GP22 'test fixture.'
