That's wonderful! It looks very good and thanks for the picture.

Glad that you have the problem resolved. I find that sometimes, I get stumped and just back away for a few days and then have a eureka.

OT, I have one cat that is very aggressive with the claws. She is big and really puts her shoulder muscles into it. She did a number on the grill cloth on my Philco 38-4 radio grill cloth. Thank goodness, I had not installed the new reproduction cloth yet.

Agreed; I should have stressed the "IF" the adjustment of the focus ass'y didn't bring it back in. I've only had to degauss a B&W chassis maybe 3 times, and that was from the chassis sitting with speakers piled on it. The neck support was so magnetized, that it could hold a screwdriver

Ion trap

As a start ,turn the ion trap around, it may be backward
As you indicate it is tight to the focus coil
