Drive circuits aging unevenly, or bad gun optics could be at fault, could also be CRT tester error.

When you grey scale these one of the bias controls should
be full CCW when done. In other words turn all 3 down & use 2 of them to balance the grey scale. The reason for the green tint & it being the control full CCW is the green gun is the strongest. Another CRT test you can do is a life test. Sometimes its built in but if not turn off the filaments & watch how fast the meters drop. Any that fall fast are not quite up to snuff. If they all fall slowly & apx the same rate you are good. 73 Zeno
