Don't know what your TV is made of because the picture is blocked here at work, but I assume a plastic case. I have had good luck using automotive vinyl dye. Uses for plastic parts in a car's interior, this stuff actually gets in the pours of the plastic and bonds really well. An auto paint place will sell it in spray cans, also sold on-line. Get plastic surface primer or prep, and that will help it adhere. If you just go the spray paint route, make sure you scuff up and clean the surface well before hand.
