I recall seeing an RCA 19" BW with the same VHF knob and that great slide rule UHF. The more common CTC16X,17X and 20 had a large UHF wheel with lots of numbers on it, a nice feature IMHO.
RCA and Admiral made the best slide rule UHF dials, to be copied later by Magnavox, Sylvania and Quasar. That feature alone made a B I G difference if you were in a UHF town like Harrisburg or Scranton.
