EIA CODE 312 Sylvania (Hygrade Sylvania Corp). Attached is a picture of the code number. I didn't see it the first time around as it was sitting almost directly under the tension spring across the bell of the crt. Thanks for all of that information. I've learned something about EIA codes. Bob.

Yes, that's the chassis beside the cabinet. I'm picking up the set tomorrow and I'll try to post a better picture when I get it home.
