More just convenience. That bench is built on top of the sump pump, and whenever I clean something I'm working on, it's usually right there. I work on a lot of different stuff and most of it when I get it is dirty, so that's just a place to grab a towel if I need one

I wash my towel rags rather than using paper towels, usually one load every couple weeks. Some I use for drying or waxing the car, what have you.
