A near-mint TO 600 leather

I was beginning to think there wasn't such thing. Here's one I a purchased from E-pay a couple of weeks ago. New dial strings and solid state rectifier update and the radio is good to go. Beats my Tecsun RP2100 in every aspect - sound, of course, but sensitivity and selectivity too. Those stretched bands make tuning and sorting out close stations a breeze.

If you ask me those shots look like well-preserved photos taken in the late '50s. But I'll take your word for this radio actually existing in this state--incredible as it may seem. :yikes::drool::thmbsp::music:
This is how a Trans-O is supposed to look like these days... http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c3.../zentranso.jpg :D As for performance you can bet your life it will KO just about anything made today. In order to do better you'd likely have to go to a communications receiver such as an NC-303 or such....:scratch2: You have scored! |
