This one claims to be colour TV at the Soviet exhibit, but it looks like black and white gear to me:

Wow, those stage lights appear blinding in the picture.. I wonder how many kilowatts of lighting do you think are bathing that ensemble playing? Probably baking the varnish of the instruments!

Recommended base light level for the TK-41 was 400 foot candles (about 8 times fairly bright office lighting, and about 5 times that recommended for black and white).

Color photography indoors by available light was not very common in 1958 unless you worked for a magazine that specialized in it (e.g., National Geographic).

Viewing the large photo of the brightly lit stage.
Looks like a color photo to me. Look closely at the far left off stage area. I see some color info. Also see some color on the left two monitors as well as the color monitor just right of center. I can also can detect some color in the forground audience.

The only color I see is the poor gray scale tracking of the scanner, which should have been set to black and white for a black and white photo.
