Which grease for VCR guide tracks?

Hi all
What is the most most suitable grease for the guide tracks?
I have mostly JVC machines which has plastic guide tracks on metal.
and some LG which are only metal parts on metal.

It has to be from amazon since I live overseas.
I have a pentax dielectric grease which is silicone base. can I use it for the tracks?

or
Super Lube 92003 Silicone Lubricating Grease with PTFE
or this cheapest option of FOTU White Lithium Grease for 9$ is ok for most applications?

Thanks

I have used a moly grease (MOR 265 ) for the slide tracks and for nylon gears. Lubriplate is an acceptable substitute. You just don't want to use something too thick which I think dielectric grease is.

I've used white lithium before.

I've used the white silicon grease that's safe for automotive brakes with good results.

This is what I use. I completely and carefully relubricated my ED Beta EDV-9500 VCR (along with making a replacement gear), and now it works flawlessly again.
