Re the attachments, check to see if you're logged in to the forum. I couldn't see them at first because the forum had not automatically logged me in for some reason.
Re the caps, I have seen both good and bad caps in "bathtub" containers. I originally thought they were all super-duper, but in a later project I tested some and they were as leaky as any old paper cap. So, in my limited experience, the bathtub container doesn't automatically mean they're good.
