Nintendo for the NES/SNES had a somewhat universal A/V connector on the back of the console. You could get RF (see below), composite, S-video or RGB out depending on the adapter you plugged in.

I'm still really confused as to what you are trying to attempt here since the N64 had an RF modulator dongle on release and was one of the most common things you found an N64 with for many years. What's with all this RGB conversion you are trying to do?
