They also trade under the name: Professional Electronics Co., Inc.,150 AIRPARK INDUSTRIAL ROAD ALABASTER , ALABAMA 35007.(I was told the now do a lot of gov. work dealing with very sophisticated and top secret remote control work.) MANUFACTURE OF 'HALLICRAFTERS' ® PRODUCT LINE .(they own all rights, trade marks and manufacturing of this name) HALLICRAFTERS TELEPHONE : 205-664-1937 (has fax on it during week ends.) I honestly did not make this up I paid Hallicrafters good money to have
this T-54 rebuilt and they did an excellent job. They rebuild a lot more receivers and transmitters than they do T.V.'s. Check out there web site (I copied the above info. directly from web site.) I had several conversations with one of the old timers who had been with the co. since the Chicago days and he was fascinating to talk to. apparently this co. bought them out and they were located in Maryland at the time and moved to Alabama about 25
years ago or so.
