Question specific caps in old capacitor testor, reliable or replace?

I have an old capacitor measurer. Looks to be built to mil spec, but no brand name on it. Along with the electric eye tube it has a 6J6 and 6AG5 and 5Y3 inside. Question: are these caps (marked C5 and C10 as seen in one of the attached pix) reliable, or should I change them out? They look to be mil spec sealed units.
