Ge 16c111

Hello all,

I just acquired a General Electric model 16C111 from CL. Would anybody out there happen to have the schematic for it?

I think that it is from 1950, but I am not entirely sure. My "Universal Schematic Locator" software came up empty. I found a stray reference on the internet that the schematic might be in Sam's #99A / Folder #6, but I cannot confirm.

I am enclosing photos from the listing; the missing knobs *MIGHT* turn up, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for that e-mail from the seller...

Thanks in advance for any help!

EDIT: D'OH!!!! Sorry guys--I obviously posted this in the wrong forum...sigh.

Thanks!!!

WOW!! Thanks, bandersen !! This will be a tremendous help!

Were you ever able to try those brown glue sticks for capacitor restuffing?

What an age we live in--within AN HOUR of asking, an obscure schematic was located and uploaded to Videokarma...now, just imagine if I had actually posted this to the correct forum!!

I just happen to be gearing up to restore a couple GEs and had the Wallace right next to me If you need the Wallace capacitor reference or alignment instructions just let me know and I'll scan them too. For some reason Wallace leaves the values of electrolytics off their schematics.

I picked up a bunch of brown sticks but have not tried them yet. I've mainly been refinishing cabinets lately. I will soon I'm sure.
