Old Dumont BW
I know nothing of old televisions. There is one locally and I've always wanted and older TV
http://www.ebrandon.ca/ItemView.aspx?item_id=84686 I'm just curious as to whether or not this a fairly generic model (for parts), I see a bit of black "mist?" on the front of the TV, is this anything? I have emailed the owner about a model number (and size) with nothing yet, but he is open to offers (heck, 50 CDN sound spretty good) I don't mind investing a few bucks into something like this but I worry about "unobtanium" parts. I realize I'd be buying this "as is" but any insight is welcome. Is there anything else I should consider. Any and all thoughts would be appreciated
