CTC-9 Tube differences / 3A3 socket

the 2nd IF which should be 6BZ6 is a 6CB6 , would that work ? why 6cb6 ? should i put 6bz6 back in ?
a lot of the 6EA8 tubes were replaced with 6GH8 and they show gas and shorts and grid emissions issues , i was planning to put some 6U8 tubes there if everyone agrees , also some 6GH8 tubes i have that are actualy good.

the 3A3 socket came loose and what would be the best way to reglue it ? looks like it was done in the past with a hot glue or something like that
mike
