If it is a NAP Philco from the eighties, they were known for bad solder joints that would knock them out of whack. Easy fix too.

I believe their daughter told me that they may have bought it in 1986 or around that time. The same year as my RCA Console. I told their daughter to take it to the place that I have had mine at. This gentleman that works on mine has alot of parts around. Also, has repaired televisions for years and worked on about all brands I believe. I know he mentioned Philcos for sure. He is one that will not give up until he has it fixed or comes to the situtation where it is just impossible to make it go again.
I sure hope they give him a try as her folks really don't what to have to buy a Flat Screen. |
