Wanting to know what year and model this RCA TV is?

The white cabinet and the control panel style says late 70's to me, 78-79? but that's just a guess.
I'd also guess it's actually a 25" set, they used to measure to the edge of the tube but laws were passed and they had to start going by viewable area, at least here in the U.S.

I've never seen one before, how far up north are you, Canada?
