Bryan,
Replace all 160V and 250V capacitors in the set, 7 of them IIRC. That chassis and it's brethren are all famous for the 4.7uf 160V cap in the vertical circuit failing, along with a 4.7 250V and a 33uf 160V cap in the B+, C531. The last two will cause all sorts of problems - dead set, pulling(flagging) horizontal, hum in the sound, tuning issues, and vertical rolling. The vertical sweep cap causes pulldown, collapse, or poor linearity. Once you've replaced the caps, you'll have a set that will last for years. Cheers
